I wonder why getting your diet under control is so hard. I am very active. I run, lift weights, do Taekwondo 2 days a week....all with no results. My eating has become carb laden processed. I am going to flirt with Paleo again. As carbs are my weekness I'm going to make some muffins now to offset the craving I know I'll have tomorrow.
